Launching from Bucklers Hard and with the fantastic Beaulieu River as the back
drop, this 3 hour session with Liquid Logistics will provide your first stepping
stone for kayaking trips on the sea. The course is designed for those who have
done the pleasure trip or have some experience of kayaking.
You’ll receive a full introduction to the
equipment, gain an understanding of simple safety and navigation at sea and
learn the basic strokes and techniques to develop your confidence in the boat.
The aim of today’s session
is to prepare you for longer and more adventurous trips on the sea. So join us
to enjoy the serenity of the sea by the ancient art of kayaking.
All equipment will be provided but please
take with you: swimsuit, t-shirt, shorts and a pair of tight fitting shoes (old
trainers are ideal).
Please bring a packed lunch.
