The evening is informal with a chance to have a drink or two whilst meeting other new members. The idea is that for the first hour of club night, before the majority of the members arrive, the newer members come along and find their feet. You will get to meet myself (Dominic) the Co-ordinator and other new members. I know coming along to Club Night, especially walking into a pub can be quite hard so hopefully this will make it easier - come along a bit earlier when there’s less people and you’ll be well settled in by the time other members arrive. After a while a club night becomes a must to meet friends old and new and swap photos/stories. Don’t miss out on the fun. Come and join in. I appreciate that it is difficult joining a new group of friends so this evening we try to make it that bit easier Basically it will give you an opportunity to meet a lot of other people in the same situation as yourself, perhaps book some events maybe with the people you meet and of course, in true Spice spirit have a bit of fun at the same time. Everybody is unique and there are some of you that have joined but not quite managed to pluck up courage to go on anything yet, some of you have just dipped your toe in and are still a bit nervous and some of you that are booking everything in the newsletter! Hopefully by all of you being there, the ones that haven’t got into Spice yet will be able to chat to the ones that have. I’m looking forward to meeting you all and I’m sure you’ll find in no time at all you’ll be chatting to new friends and getting much more out of your Spice membership. So go on - take the plunge - this evening is just for you. |
