Holiday Information Packs

All holidays have a comprehensive Holiday Information Pack, and this can he obtained by telephoning the Holiday hotline (0161 873 8788) or emailing holiday@spieeuk.com, stating your name and address and which holiday packs you require.

Bookings

These can he made by telephony fax, or post. Most Credit / Debit cards accepted. See booking form hack page for more info.

Terms and Conditions

Spice UK Terms and Conditions are supplied on the inside hack page, and again in every Holiday Info Pack. They cover our Cancellation Policy, Unless covered by your holiday Insurance, please be aware that cancellation usually incurs loss of deposit Cancellation must be sent in writing (post/fax or email). Spice UK act as Agents of the named Tour Operator for each holiday, and whom your contract is with, and their Terms find Conditions supplied in the Info pack also apply.

Guest Policy

Non-members are welcome to book Spice UK Holidays, for a £20 non-member fee payable with deposit. This can be set against Membership Fee should a guest decide to join Spice anytime up to 4 weeks following return of the trip.

Co-ordinator

A Spice Co-ordinator usually accompanies Spice holidays, unless otherwise stated.

Confirmation of Booking

All bookings and balance payments are confirmed in writing to you, within 10 days of being received, Balance Payments: We will write to you to request your balance payment, usually 8 to 10 weeks before departure. We appreciate prompt payment.

Transport Share to Airports

Your holiday commences at your departure point, and it is your responsibility to get there. Spice UK usually issues a contact list to holiday participants of all members travelling in order to facilitate transport sharing to airports. Please advise us if you do not wish your contact details to be circulated.
