• Rambles are a great way to meet lots of new people with a love of the outdoors and our local countryside. 
• We take up to 40 members on our rambles, so you'll soon be mixing and chatting to people from all walks of life.
• Then after all that exertion, why not join us for a drink at one of the many fine hostelries Oxfordshire has to offer.
• Our Monday sports nights are a great way to meet a regular group of friends. 
• We play unihoc and floorball (indoor hockey), basketball and badminton, all aimed at the beginner, so why not come along and enjoy a game.
• Spicers are a sociable crowd, and after most sports nights we end up down the pub for a drink to discuss all those near misses! 
• Ceroc is big in Spice. We link up with Ceroc Didcot and Abingdon and offer a discount for Spice members.
• Then by using our Transport Share List (unique to Spice) you know who to look out for on the night, which makes turning up on the events less daunting.
• On our meals we shuffle after each course, to get you chatting to as many interesting people as possible over the course of an evening. Chaos usually ensues when we discover that some people don't know the difference between clockwise and anti-clockwise, and therefore setting off in opposite directions!
• And for curry lovers, look out for our Curry Club nights!
• Look out also for Spice Hits Town and Cocktail Trails where we hit the streets and bars of your favourite town centre hostelries (soft drinks are available). 
• The gem in our social calendar is our Black Tie Ball, which in January 2010 came from the fabulous Belfry Hotel in Oxfordshire, offering luxury at affordable prices.
• Over 150 members attended our Black Tie Ball in Oxfordshire. We organise our tables by postcode, so you'll be sitting with people local to you.
