1) If you can't hear me speaking (I'll begin speaking at 7.55pm), take your cursor to the bottom right of your screen and look for the volume control on your PC, please un-mute and turn up the volume.

2) There is a question box on your right to type in any questions you may have, I'll answer these towards the end of the presentation if that's OK?

3) We will be popping up a few polls during the presentation, so please look out for these.
